Chaos Operation hours are Monday-Friday 9 AM – 5 PM CET and we aim to ship all orders within 24 hours (business days) of the order being placed. Dispatch times may vary during exceptionally busy periods such as our seasonal sales or if orders are subjected to carrier delays or force majeure. Delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch. Unforeseeable customs clearance issues may also delay the delivery and are outside our span of control.
Deliveries can not be made to post office boxes, B.F.P.O or A.P.O addresses.
In the event that there is no one home at the time of delivery, the parcel may be directed to a local Post Office or Pick-Up Point. On this occasion, a note will be left by the carrier detailing your Pick-Up Point location. These details will also be listed on the carrier’s website tracking page which can be accessed via the tracking link found in your shipping confirmation email. Please ensure that you have your ID available when collecting your package.
If you have not received your parcel within above-shown transit times after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please check the carrier’s website or contact us.
When your order is dispatched we’ll send you an email with your tracking details. If for any reason you don’t receive this, please email us at email@example.com and we’ll update you on your order’s progress.
All countries are shipped on DAP basis, meaning that taxes and duties may become due and are payable by you upon receipt.
We accept payment in EURO and CHF (Swiss franks) .
Chaos insured for each purchase during the time in transit until it is delivered to you at which point responsibility for the shipment is passed over. If the customer makes alternative arrangements with the carrier such as leaving the package at the front door, the parcel is no longer insured.
